How to request deletion of information.

If you have shared information with Incorporated Resources (Pty) Ltd through a public or Meta channel and want it deleted, send a deletion request through the official business contact channel you used previously.

What to include

• Your name and the account or page you used.
• Enough detail for us to identify the information you want removed.
• Any message reference or date that helps us locate the record.

What happens next

We will review the request, confirm what can be deleted, and carry out the deletion or anonymisation as required by law and by our record-keeping obligations.
